Been There done that... This person needs two sets of cones to mark the fact that he is there .. the warning diamonds need to be set 150 feet further than usual and a line of warning cones need to be placed 150 feet away from him... needs a cone system aroud him as well so the headlights\day-lighters light him up too..AND flares would help greatly...
Another solution(The Best Solution) is to get off the road till the fog clears... but that's not always an option
